TESTIMONIALS

At ten years old, I began the first of many years playing under Coach Morrissey on a travel team to various places in Canada.  From the beginning, his enthusiasm and commitment to the team and the game was evident.  His leadership and dedication to the players was admirable and I look up to him for his hockey skill and knowledge.  I continue to this day to train and skate with Coach Morrissey!

Grace's passion for the game and her teammates is second to none. Every time she steps on the ice she is working to improve herself and even though Grace is one of the fastest players I've ever played with or against she is always working to perfect her technique and get that much better. Her love for the game is infectious!

I’ve been taught by Shayne now for more than 10 years and his knowledge of the game overall is impeccable. As well, the skill he has to offer and teach players is next to none. What makes the overall experience of skating and being taught by Shayne so amazing is also the atmosphere he provides. It’s not only very hard working but every skate or game is incredibly enjoyable. I owe a lot of my success today to Shayne as the skill he has taught me over the years has impacted my game immensely. If you haven’t already, I really encourage everyone to look into Shayne’s program!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Grace and Shayne over the past three years during their time spent in Connecticut. I am blown away by their ability to break down skills and concepts for beginner players along with their ability to challenge elite players to help them reach their goals.  They push players to give it their all and bring out the best in them while maintaining a fun, constructive environment!

I've known Shayne for about 10 years, and met him through a hockey school. I learned so many things from him and he was definitely a big factor in my skill development. Not only is Shayne a great coach and leader but haven gotten to know him on a personal level, he's an even better guy!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Shayne for the past few years, first as NCAA rivals and later as teammates with the Evansville Thunderbolts in the SPHL. He is one of the most skilled teammates I’ve played with, possessing an accurate shot, elite vision, and soft hands. I’m excited to continue watching Shayne coach as it’s obvious he has a passion for developing quality players on and off the ice. Shayne creates an environment that challenges players to be their best while having fun and enjoying the process of taking their game to the next level. Highly recommend 14/94 Hockey!

I can assure you that choosing Shayne is the right choice. Not only does Shayne have extensive knowledge of the game and intense passion, but his sincere and energetic approach makes for a positive and fun learning environment! Working with Shayne throughout my lifetime has not only benefited me tremendously as a player, but as a person! Best of luck, Shayne!

I’ve known Shayne for many years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He has an incredible skill level, but an even better personality. He makes every session so fun and enjoyable. I loved training with Shayne and definitely owe some of my success to him! His passion for the game makes him an awesome coach and I would highly recommend getting involved in his program!
